Verified asset owners and capital allocators, including qualifying Single Family Offices, UHNW investors and wealth owners, institutional LPs and sovereign wealth funds.

Eligibility

Eligibility varies according to applicant type. Single Family Offices must meet the published £200m+ investable-assets threshold. UHNW investors, institutional LPs and sovereign wealth funds are assessed according to their status as genuine asset owners or capital allocators.

Accommodation

International Financial Centre representatives, governments, financial-centre authorities, investment promotion agencies, professional-services firms and similar organisations do not qualify for the Complimentary LP Pass solely because of their organisation type. Where an individual independently represents a genuine asset owner or capital allocator, eligibility may be considered under the normal Complimentary LP criteria.

Attendance Is Individually Reviewed

UKFOS brings together 100+ verified delegates within a deliberately curated community, with the target audience intentionally weighted towards asset owners and capital allocators.

The developing audience includes Single Family Offices, UHNW investors and wealth owners, institutional LPs and sovereign wealth funds, alongside selected investment managers, advisers and other professional participants.

Submitting an application does not guarantee attendance. Places remain subject to eligibility, verification where applicable, availability and organiser approval.

Private Investment Workshop attendance is self-selecting on the day, with delegates choosing between the Main Stage and the concurrent workshops in St John’s Room and the Lancaster Room.

Who can apply to attend?

The UK Family Office Summit Oxford 2026 is designed for Single Family Office principals, next-generation family members and active family office investment executives, alongside institutional investors, verified Multi-Family Offices, investment managers and specialist advisers who contribute to conversations relevant to long-term capital. For Single Family Offices, the general eligibility threshold is £200 million or more in investable assets managed or advised on. Every application is reviewed individually and remains subject to verification, availability and organiser approval.

How do I request a place at UKFOS Oxford 2026?

Complete the delegate application form on the Attend page, selecting the pass that matches your organisation and role. The delegate team reviews every application individually and responds within two working days. A place is confirmed only after verification and, where a paid pass applies, payment. There is no open registration.

Who qualifies for complimentary attendance?

The Complimentary LP Pass is available to verified asset owners and capital allocators: qualifying Single Family Offices, UHNW investors and wealth owners, institutional LPs and sovereign wealth funds. The £200m+ investable-assets threshold applies to Single Family Office applicants only. Multi-Family Offices, investment managers, GPs, advisers and service providers attend on a paid delegate pass. All complimentary places remain subject to verification, availability and organiser approval.

What is included with each delegate pass?

Every pass includes full access to the two-day Summit programme, moderated discussions, hosted networking, delegate hospitality and support from the Private Markets Group team throughout the event. The Residential Delegate Pass additionally includes accommodation and evening networking events. Current inclusions for each pass are published on the Attend page.

Can advisers, fund managers and service providers attend?

Yes. Selected professional participants attend on a Professional or Residential Delegate Pass, subject to review and the overall balance of the room. Organisations seeking a more active role — presenting, exhibiting, hosting private meetings or partnering across the Summit — should look at the partnership routes instead.
